Access Ipsen Academy

Ipsen Academy is a platform reserved for healthcare professionals.
Access is secured through a professional identification system called One Key ID, managed by IQVIA.

You can log in if you already have an account, or easily create one in just a few steps.

I’m not sure if I already have an account

If you are unsure whether you already have an account, try logging in using your professional email address.

If your account exists, you can log in to the platform or reset your password by following the steps below:

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click “Reset or Create password”
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click “Send verification code”
  4. You will receive a verification code by email
  5. Enter the code and set a new password

Passwordless login (secure link)

You can also choose the Send me a link option.

In this case:

  1. Enter your email address on the Login page
  2. Click “Send me a link”
  3. A secure login link will be sent to you by email
  4. Click the link to access Ipsen Academy directly, without a password

How to create an account

  1. Click Create my account
  2. Click Sign Up

  1. Enter your professional information
    Some information may be optional
  2. Submit your registration by clicking Continue

After registration, your account will go through an approval period (up to 3 days).
Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to access Ipsen Academy content.

Why is this information required?

Ipsen Academy is exclusively intended for healthcare professionals.
The requested information allows us to verify access and ensure regulatory compliance.

Consent and data protection

During your first login, you will be asked to review the privacy notice.

To continue:

  • read the information displayed,
  • then confirm your consent.

Once this step is completed, you will be able to access the platform.
